Baked Pineapple

1 can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together; pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake without lid at 350 for 1 hour.
