Catherine – If you follow the recipe and just make two servings (unlike I did!), it really shouldn’t take too long…maybe 30-45 minutes? It’s been awhile since I made them, so that’s a guess, but I don’t remember it being too long of a process. Let me know if you try them – they really are good! 🙂
