If you are thinking of making it, do it, it is sweet and refreshing. I use fresh pineapple instead. I think the fresh ingredient make this recipe so good. It made quite a bit of relish. I brought along some small mason jars to give it to family members that wanted to take some home. My sister actually put the relish on a slice of cheesecake and it was pretty good too. Great recipe. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Cranberries are so pretty in whatever dish they’re in!

Yay, I’m so glad you liked this! And no, I don’t peel my apples – so much easier that way, don’t you think? 🙂

I just made this and it was a HUGE hit with everyone! Thank you for sharing this recipe! I have a question, though. When you make it, do you peel your apples? I wasn’t sure, so I left the peel on. It was delicious, but I was just curious if I was supposed to peel them first. Thanks again.

And love that it can be put in the freezer as well!

This is so similar to my grandma's cranberry chutney! Except she adds orange instead of pineapple and some raisins!
