What we like to do is make the dense and firm version of that cheesecake recipe, swirl blackberry jam in the cheesecake before you put it in the oven, and sprinkle it with chocolate chips.. then into the oven it goes! It tends to crack, but it's still really pretty, and it's SOOO yummy, nobody seems to mind!
