I agree from a reader’s perspective – I love the comments from people who have actually tried the recipe. But from a blogger’s perspective, I also love the feedback from people who just think the recipe looks like one they want to try. It’s just nice to know that people are actually reading haha

I’m sorry you didn’t like it! I do remember it being pretty spicy the first time I made it. I thought it was slightly too spicy but my dad loved it that way so I left the amounts the same when I posted it. Now I cut back on half the spice when I make it because it’s more bearable to me that way. I’ll update the recipe to reflect that, thanks. Sorry again that you didn’t like it. I hope you try it again with less spice. 🙂

I do try to cut some of the fat off of it before cooking though. My mom has used pork loin, but we didn't think it was as good.
