I can’t thank you enough for this recipe!! I’ve made it so much that I think I know the recipe by heart now. Our local thai food restaurant closed down a few years ago and this was our favorite soup. We never found anything that compared to theirs. When I found this recipe on Pinterest, I was so excited to try it and see if it tasted like theirs….. it was spot on!! Thank you again for this recipe. It’s one of our favorites!

This is the second curry soup recipe I have accidentally come across today. Thai curry is possibly my favorite food of all time! I think I might be eating Thai tonight!

This is my favorite type of soup! I am so excited to make this at home. Fish sauce STINKS!! Its actually sickening how terrible that stuff can smell when heated up. Thank goodness the stench burns off after a few minutes. PS I love your printing feature that allows me to print directly from Google Reader! Thanks for the recipe….

i haven’t eaten much thai food either, just pad thai. this soup looks quite intriguing though! i may have to give it a try if i can find everything in my local grocery store. yum!
