The pictures are beautiful and enticing. Maybe I should try Spain instead of Mexico. Churros con chocolate are among my favorites, too, and that chocolate you had looks so dark. Yum!

My husband grew up in Spain and took me there for the first time recently. I really enjoyed your post. We were able to go to some of the places you did as well. The food was spectacular. I would love to cook up some Spanish food. The churros were a favorite of mine, too! Great post!

One of my best food memories is a huge (HUGE) paella I ate while in Spain many, many years ago – a beautiful meal in a beautiful country! Thanks for sharing your photos and stories!
