Add a can of garbanzo beans, and a few tablespoons of pesto. Chill for a few hours. Makes a great main course salad!!

Amazing what a little Parmesan and lemon zest can do to pick up the flavor. I toasted the pine nuts in a pan an also placed the asparagus on the BBQ for a few minutes instead….served with grilled turkey burgers and red roasted potatoes…..molto buono!!
