I’m sorry to hear you had trouble with this. How did it end up working out? I’m not sure why it wouldn’t cover the bottom of the pan. I used a le creuset 3 qt baking dish, which is just about a 9×13 pan and it worked fine. I hope you ended up liking the end result – sorry about the difficulties!

I set two cups of “crumble” aside. What’s left wont cover the bottom of a 13×9 pan… Going to try a smaller pan and see how it comes out.
