The first time I baked the bread for 28 minutes and it came out great. The second time I did everything exactly the same and the loaves were really under baked. I ended up baking the bread for 45 minutes and it’s still under baked. Any advice? I loved this bread the first time I made it and it was a hit with my family.

I’ve never used any other types of flour, so unfortunately I have no idea what kind of effect that would have on the bread. Sorry I’m not more help!
