This looks delicious! I will try to make it tonight as I was planning on zucchini bread soon from the garden. I have to add that I was thrilled that it only called for a bit of honey instead of the several cups of sugar that quick breads often do! I usually have to rework recipes to use honey, which isn’t a big deal, but it’s nice to have no guesswork.
