Tasted a lot like the shredded chicken in the food at my favorite Mexican restaurant. It beat out all the other entrees people brought including homemade pizza, sliders, BBQ chicken and hotdogs. I was quite shocked that this even became a hit with the younger kids.

I quadrupled the recipe since I had a lot of people to feed, and it was so simple. I served with a side of Spanish rice.

Thank you so much for posting this. It will definitely be a recipe I will hold onto for future uses.
