Are you familiar with making ice cream cakes (like with oreos, etc)? I was thinking how good this sounded as in ice cream cake with crushed ginger snaps, whipped topping “frosting”, and drizzled caramel. MIght just have to try that 🙂

I added pumpkin, cinnamon and maple syrup for a sweet breakfast. I bet this ice cream is great. I especially like that you added animal crackers!
