I finally got around to making these. The dough was super easy to work with. I subbed prosciutto for the pesto in half of them. I mixed 4 oz of cream cheese with two heaping tablespoons of powdered sugar, and spread that in the other half, and sprinkled them with a cinnamon & sugar mixture after rolling them up. Both versions were a hit with my family.
