I doubled it to fit in a 9×13 and it was perfectly chewy and dense on the inside and crispy around the edges. The recipe scales up beautifully and everyone LOVES it.

I made a huge mistake turning this out of the baking pan before it was completely cooled. It was still warm and ended up seeping thru the cooling rack. From what I tasted, the flavor was amazing. Will definitely let this cool completely and serve from the baking pan next time instead of trying to plate it while warm. It was extremely gooey and soft, so much so that I wonder if it baked long enough even tho the edges were golden and the center was set before I removed it from the oven.
