You can thin out the chocolate with a tiny bit of shortening or a little extra butter – hope that helps! Glad you liked the cookies 🙂

I think it’s a misprint to add one tablespoon of vanilla, so I did 1 tsp. The cookies broke easily, but they did taste fine. Them the chocolate dip was way too stiff. I had to add a few tbls of milk to get it spreadable. So once I dipped the cookies, they fell apart easily. I follwed evey instruction carefully. I ended up just crumbling all the cookies that broke, rolled them in powdered sugar and calle it Reindeer Poop. It tasted fine but I only had about 10 good cookies.
