Pots, Pans, and Baking Dishes

All Clad Pan All Clad Stainless Steel Saute Pan with Lid (or any All Clad stainless steel pot or pan!)
Le Creuset French Oven Le Creuset Cast Iron 5 1/2 quart French Oven – I absolutely LOVE this pot. I use it for everything, and when not in use (rarely!) it sits on my stovetop and looks pretty.
Le Creuset Baking Dish Le Creuset Baking Dish (any one!) I have the rectangular and the square and love them both. They replaced my pyrex baking dishes.

Kitchen Tools

KitchenAid Suffice it to say, I could not get along in the kitchen without my KitchenAid Mixer. It mixes cookies, kneads bread, and whips cream with ease.
Rice Cooker 10 cup Rice Cooker – makes cooking rice so easy and convenient!
Furi Santoku Knife Furi Santoku Knife – For the price, this is an excellent all purpose knife.  Unless I need a serrated or paring knife, I pretty much use this knife exclusively!
Silpat Silpat Silicone Liner for cookie sheets
RoulPat RoulPat NonStick surface for your countertop
Microplane Microplane/Zester – I use this all the time to zest lemons or lines, grate parmesan cheese, and even grate fresh nutmeg!
Fine Mesh Strainer Fine Mesh Strainer – I love my strainer. It’s perfect for rinsing fruit, straining sauces and purees, and dusting powdered sugar or cocoa powder over desserts!
Flex-It Measuring Cups Flex-It Measuring Cups – These are kind of random, but for some reason I just love using them! No more spilling when pouring liquids into a bowl or pot.

Photography

Canon Rebel I use a Canon Rebel XS and love it. It’s definitely not top of the line, but it was relatively inexpensive, and for what I do, it works perfectly.
Sigma 50mm macro lens My favorite lens (and what I use for pretty much all my food photography) is this Sigma 50mm macro lens.  The wonderful people at our local camera store recommended it to me and I love it!
Tripod Almost every time I take a food picture I use this tripod. It was fairly inexpensive (I actually got it on sale at my local camera shop!) and it works perfectly. It’s quick to adjust and easy to use.
