My only issue was my cookies looked very “light” colored compared to yours. But the taste was blissful. Any idea why the color would be off? I used whipped peanut butter because that’s all I had, could that be it? The dough seemed very soft to me. I was afraid they would just melt all over but they turned out great. Thank you for another great recipe! I never EVER fail with your recipes. 🙂

I was looking for a quick cookie recipe that I could make without running to the store and these cookies were fantastic! I decided to refrigerate the dough while we ate dinner and then baked them after dinner and they were delightfully chewy, warm, and comforting. Seriously, they totally hit the spot.
