Hi Denise. You knead the dough until it is soft and smooth. I can’t remember exactly how long I kneaded for – maybe 4-5 minutes using the dough hook on my mixer, slightly longer by hand? Also, just add the ingredients in the order listed and you should be fine. Let me know if you have any other questions, and good luck! I hope you like them 🙂
