Just when you think you can’t possibly try another Hershey’s Kiss cookie, here I am to tell you that I’ve found the absolutely best one. These triple chocolate kiss cookies are soft and fudgy and chock full of chocolate! They look perfectly decadent on a cookie tray and would be a perfect addition to your Christmas cookies.

I know that chocolate and peanut butter is a classic combination, and yes, I do love a good chocolate/peanut butter cookie. But this triple chocolate version just takes it up a notch. This is a cookie for those of us who just love chocolate. The cookie base is perfectly fudgy with a crunchy sugary coating. And of course the melty chocolate of the Hershey’s kiss is the perfect complement to the chewy cookie.

Trust me when I tell you that you are going to LOVE these gingerbread cookie bars! I made these last year but ran out of time to share them with you. I made them again this past week and I’m pretty sure these are going to be a staple from here on out. Believe it or not, I think these gingerbread bars are one of my favorite Christmas cookies of all time! (And I’ve tried a lot of Christmas cookies!)

These gingerbread cookie bars are very quick to make and since they are baked in bar form you are able to avoid all the chilling and rolling and cutting that comes with traditional gingerbread cookies. You can have them mixed and baked in less than 30 minutes, then you just have to wait for them to cool to frost them.

If you are a longtime reader, you may remember years ago when I used to do a 12 days of Christmas Treats countdown on my blog. I would post a new Christmas cookie or treat recipe every day for the first 12 days of December. (Note: here is where you can find all my cookie recipes!) I loved doing it, and by the end of the countdown my Christmas baking would be done! Fast forward through 4 kids in 5 years and here I am lucky to post one or two new Christmas recipes for you! 

I have to tell you though, this is a good one! These Christmas sprinkle cookie cups are exactly what you want in a holiday cookie. They are cute, simple to make, festive, and of course they’re delicious. 🙂 It’s no secret that I love sugar cookies and decorating them with the kids is one of my favorite traditions. But sometimes you just need a recipe that doesn’t involve chilling dough, rolling it out, cookie cutters, and the mess of 4 kids with bowls full of icing. I am so excited to share these Christmas sprinkle sugar cookies with you! I know it’s a little bit last minute, but these are about the easiest Christmas cookies you’ll ever make, and they’re extremely kid friendly! (Although really, what cookies aren’t kid friendly? ;)) 

We had a Christmas party at our house last weekend and I just didn’t have very much time to bake cookies leading up to the party. Believe it or not, something about having 4 small kids at home keeps me from having extra time to bake. 😉 I searched for sugar cookies with sprinkles and came across these perfect little Christmas cookies! 

We love sugar cookies and cookies with icing on them are one of my favorite types of cookies. That being said, I just didn’t have the time or energy to devote to rolling out cookie dough, using cookie cutters, and then icing the baked cookies – all with 4 eager helpers! So when I found these sprinkle sugar cookies that are simply rolled into balls and then baked, I knew it was my kind of recipe.

It certainly doesn’t feel like Christmas around here if I don’t try a new biscotti recipe! Biscotti is a family Christmas tradition started by my grandma and I try to do my part by making as many different varieties of biscotti as I can. 🙂 Judge for yourself, but I think I’m doing a pretty good job. 😉

But back to these dark chocolate orange biscotti. You are definitely going to want to try these! They are so full of flavor and they look impressive enough to stand out on a cookie tray or give as gifts. Or if you’re anything like me, they’re perfect for hoarding in your freezer for your daily afternoon cup of coffee. 🙂

If you’re not overly familiar with biscotti, it really isn’t anything too complicated. The name biscotti means twice baked, meaning these cookies are baked twice instead of once. You make a simple dough, form it into a log and bake until firm. Then once it cools slightly you cut the log into 1-inch cookies, turn them on their side and bake again. That’s what gives them their characteristically crunchy texture.

If you are looking for a cookie that is perfect for Christmas, look no further than these Christmas kiss cookies! These double chocolate Hershey’s Kiss cookies are completely covered in Christmas sprinkles! Don’t they look festive??

I love Hershey’s kiss cookies. You can’t go wrong with a melty chocolate kiss in the center of a cookie! We steer clear of peanut butter desserts these days because we have a kid with a peanut allergy, but if you want a peanut butter version, try this peanut butter cup cookie!)

This double chocolate cookie is delicious on its own, but it’s made even better by the addition of Christmas sprinkles! (Note: These nonpareil sprinkles are the ones I used!) The sprinkles added a nice crunch to the cookies and of course they make the cookies look extra Christmasy.

How cute are these chocolate chip Christmas cookies? When I first made them I couldn’t stop talking about how pretty they were. I kept pointing it out to the kids saying “look, can you see the red and green sprinkles? Aren’t they perfect for Christmas?” Unfortunately they were too busy trying to sneak unnoticed bites of cookie to answer me. Luckily I have all of you to share with! And seriously, aren’t these cookies perfect for Christmas?? 🙂

I love snickerdoodles. They are such a classic cookie, and who doesn’t love a cookie coated in cinnamon sugar? Don’t get me wrong, I love all things chocolate and over-the-top (see these twix cookies and these ultimate andes mint cookies), but sometimes I just want a nice simple classic cookie.

This recipe makes the best snickerdoodles I’ve ever had. The cookies are thick and soft and perfectly puffy. They have the slightest crispness as you bite into them, but the rest of the cookie is nice and chewy. They are snickerdoodle perfection!

I am so excited to share this chocolate chip biscotti recipe with you! It seems like every year I try a new biscotti recipe, and each one is better than the last! (Except for double chocolate biscotti – that one might be my favorite forever). 🙂

These chocolate chip biscotti are absolutely perfect. They are crunchy on the outside and just a little bit chewy on the inside. (If you are a fan of super crunchy biscotti you can just bake them a little longer on their second bake!)

The chocolate chips add just the right amount of chocolate sweetness, and they taste a little bit like a traditional chocolate chip cookie! They pair perfectly with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, and I’ve been enjoying one most afternoons with a second cup of coffee. Yes, 2 babies in the house definitely requires extra cookies and extra coffee! 😉

The kids love these as well, thanks to the chocolate. 🙂 Even Mike, who isn’t a biscotti fan, says these are good! These cookies freeze well, and I’m definitely going to have to make more because our freezer stash is almost gone.

Trust me when I tell you that you are going to love these white chocolate gingerbread cookies! They are soft and chewy and full of spicy gingerbread flavor.

I first saw these cookies awhile ago and saved the recipe to make at Christmas. When Zeke asked to make cookies a few weeks ago I sat down and looked through all the new-to-us recipes I had saved and these cookies stood out.

I am a big fan of anything gingerbread flavored, and any cookie recipe that promises to be soft and chewy is usually a safe choice. 🙂 And these cookies did not disappoint! They really do have the perfect chewy texture and they stayed soft for days after I made them.

The cookies are full of gingerbread flavor with the perfect amount of spice. The kids loved them, but I haven’t yet found a cookie they wouldn’t eat so take that for what it’s worth. 😉

The white chocolate chips make these cookies very sweet, but if you prefer a less sweet cookie you could leave them out, or use chocolate chips or cinnamon chips instead. Next time I think I’ll make some of each kind and do a taste test to see which we like best. Yum!! 🙂
