Frosted Chocolate Cupcake Tops

Now that the 12 days of Christmas Treats is officially over, you’d think I would be staying as far away from cookies and sweets as possible. But believe it or not, I’ve got one more cookie recipe for you! Katrina of In Katrina’s Kitchen asked me to guest post over at her blog today for her “I’ll bring the cookies” series.  She has lined up some wonderful bloggers to share a new cookie recipe every weekday until Christmas!
